If you are lucky enough to not have to use your warranty after the addition five-year extended warranty you purchased, don't expect to get half the warranty value back. That is unless you can remember in five years you had this policy and cash it in within the 90 days after expiration window they give you. If you try after that time, that money is gone, and they are unwilling to honor it.

Disappointed customer

I went in on a Wednesday, bought a bed and living room package. Called the next day to cancel it as I felt pressured by the staff and kind of rushed into it, got home and was unsatisfied so before delivery day (Saturday) I wanted to cancel. Was told the money would be back into my account on Monday. Here it is Thursday, still no refund. I called only to be hung up on 3 times, finally got through and the guy answers by saying "ABC, what do you want" then quickly says, if you can't speak fast enough call back when you know what you want (click, hangs up). I got through again, the guy tells me for some weird reason it wasn't put through on their end. It wasn't put through on their end but i didn't receive my delivery, how does that make sense. I hate this store, it's not what it used to be. Rude employees, not a lot of choices in furniture and definitely not worth the price.

Problem with removal of a washer box

My name is Catherine Goodman, I bought a washer from ABC warehouse in Saginaw Michigan. I paid for delivery of the washer and removal of my old washer. When they was finish they put the box by my garage. I ask them was theyre going to take the box and I was told that they leaves the box just in case something is wrong and they have to so come back they wants to put it back in the box. Its been a week today. I called ABC Warehouse yesterday and was told that the box was mines. *** NO this is not my box. I would have to take everything out of the box and break it down before the city would take it. I think this is WRONG I paid to have it delivered. It would be different if I picked it up. I will never ever ever deal with ABC Warehouse again.

Horrible Customer Service

Placed a order . Order went through and processed . ABC took close to 400 dollars from my checking on March 8th. I called them April 16th because I never received my product. ABC said they were out of stock and would not have it available until June . What ?? Why are you taking money for product you don’t even have in stock ? Why does it take weeks to get a response from your customer service department? Shame on you ABC .

On my recent purchase two weeks ago,Jan 14th-ish,which I'm enjoying so far, I felt pressured to buy anything I showed interest in the appliance I shopped for.

Each time the sales rep would pull the appliance out and run to the counter to check me out.he had no experience or knowledge of the product.i had to many times say I needed a few minutes to think it over when I was really googling the answers to my questions he couldn't answer .(all of them)

I was mind set upon arrival of not walking out without an appliance,but really?know the answers to questions or find someone who does.overall it should be Google who should get any comissions from the 800 dollar sale.thats what sold me on my purchase not the sales rep.,he turned out to be more of a fly at a picnic lunch that wouldn't stop flying around you .

As far as the extended warranty goes,lmao.

Picture someone basically begging,pleading,coaxing,for your last few bucks in your wallet,even offering that a 5buck deposit would be okay then pay in full the following.day.just take time to research,and to load your self with all the info you need,and most importantly a budget !

Always stick to the budget..walk away,go to your car and talk it over as I did,don't get pushed by the associates!!!

Do not purchase from ABC Warehouse

On December 21, 2019 I was scheduled for the delivery of three living room tables: Two end tables and one coffee table. Upon arrival, I noticed the coffee table glass top was missing and my son alerted the delivery personnel. Delivery personnel were emphatic that there was not a glass top for the coffee table included, advised us to contact the Livonia ABC Warehouse Store and left my home. Once contacted the manager advised he would call back once it was located. Over an hour passed before I called the store again, due to the fact that everyone in the home was leaving for work. I explained that to the manager and asked that I receive a credit for a portion of my bill due to their error. The manager was snide and laughed at my suggestion, advising that $10 would be his offer. I then advised the manager that they could pick up all the furniture referenced on the order as soon as possible. The manager called back and advised the coffee table glass top was, in fact, on the delivery truck "behind a bed for another delivery" and that the truck would not be returning to bring me the glass top. Again, I advised the manager that if all furniture purchased on the order was being returned, especially if no one would be returning "immediately". I further explained that my family had other holiday plans, no one would be available to wait for another delivery or have time to sit and wait for a delivery/pick-up based on their error and "refusal" to return immediately with the item. I will only keep the items on the order if I will be credited at least half of the payment for my trouble and time off work incurred due to their error and uncooperativeness.

Delivery of $6,000.00 in appliances was a disaster. The truck showed up without calling at 7:00 A.M. As the General Contractor on the job, I was called by the local store in Gaylord to alert me that the truck was already there. I arrived in 10 minutes from the time of the call. The lead delivery guy claimed he called me three times. I tried to explain that there were no calls on my phone. He begins to argue with me and had the worst attitude I have ever experienced in 45 years with a delivery driver. He becomes so angry that they take off with the appliances on the truck. I called the retail store and evidently the drivers boss called them and they turned around. This type of bad, angry, insulting attitude and poor service makes it impossible to do business with the company. These drivers may be union because what company would risk their reputation by allowing this treatment of the customer? To make it even worse, they left the cardboard and shipping materials in the middle of the driveway. I deal with Lowe's and Home Depot all the time and they always remove all the shipping material before they leave. I will make sure none of my customers even consider doing business with ABC as a result of this unprofessional service.

Do not buy Ashley furniture at ABC Warehouse.

August 2019 I bought two electric reclining Ashley love seats from ABC. Within a week, the mechanical and seats messed up.

The warranty co. came out four times to fix the furniture so far unsuccessfully, with more repairs needed. Unknown to me at first, I tripped over two lg.boxes I had no room for waiting for Fast Furniture Repair to come. The boxes sat in my house for the entire Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday.

If this is fast, I would not want to see slow. Lies and empty promises, but I still pay my bill. Jacob, my sales person, at ABC is very nice but his hands are tied. I cannot believe that ABC Warehouse would be associated with Ashley Furniture as I understand now has the worst customer service possible.

It makes me wonder if I should purchase any other products from ABC for fear I'll run into the same problem. I am sick and tired of the run around.

I went there to buy an LG front loader washer and Dryer, sales person name Ali was very nice but the he asked the manager for approval and the lowest he go down with the price, the manager approved it for $1240.00 plus delivery, we agreed, half an hour of a wait to write it up than another manager comes up and said no we can not do it for that amount it has to be $1480.00, I told that this is not right for you to waste my time standing here for half an hour and now you are changing prices after the other manager approved the sale, he was very disrespectful and in professional and he said oh well the other manager price is wrong if you like it you take it or not , he was not cooperative and did not care about what the other manager quoted, He is like the other manager spoke wrong , WTF you need to honor what the manager deal is , he is like No I do not have too , and the other manager left and he is not suppose to be here today he happened to stop bye at the store on his day off, who is fault is that , he was an *** with an attitude, I got really mad and he did not care and he is like this is the price and I do not have to honor what he said, I said to him what happens to customers service and customer satisfaction, did not care , I told him I was gonna put a review and let the company know what he did , He did not care . This happened on wed Dec-4-19 . Unbelievable I will never recommend this place to anyone ever

I will never buy from ABC warehouse ever again! I bought the extended warranty thinking that I would be safe but I was wrong!

I purchased a Whirlpool Gas Dryer and after 2 years of working fine, the dryer stopped heating?

I set-up a warranty call and they sent an outsourced technician from another company and told me that he could not work on the dyer because it was not professionally hooked-up? Then charged me 80 dollars for the service call. I purchased a beautiful used Maytag gas dryer for $200.00 that fired up immediately and put this one on the curb with a free sign on it. At least the salvagers will get some money for it.

In addition, never purchase Whirlpool!

First time I have purchased a Whirlpool and my father warned me not too.

Should have listened as usual.

I have always purchased GE, AMANA, and MAYTAG with no issues. Lesson Learned here.

I was out hurt by the way I was treated by delivery men

I purchased a electric dryer, at abc warehouse on John r and 14 it suppose to came the next day. Deliver guy said that it was something in the box rattling so they sent it back. So they had to deliver it the next day. They came the next day. The guys were in a hurry. Said that they couldn’t fit the dry throw the door way so they might have to take it back. Because if they push it through they might scratch it in the back. I said that’s ok push it. They suppose to take the old one out. He told me that he can’t get it through the door way and that I have to get someone to take the woodwork down and they will come back and get it. No time he walked out the door I pushed the dryer out the doorway by myself. And it was two big guys said that they couldn’t get it. They lied they didn’t want to take it out. I called them and told him that I pushed it out and that he can come back. He said that he was long gone but he was just down the street. I told him that you just left, he said that it will get picked up tomorrow. I told him don’t worry about it. And I called the store. Never again will I shop there or my family and friends. I’m wondering if they did that because of my color hmmm.
