Walk away if feeling pressured
On my recent purchase two weeks ago,Jan 14th-ish,which I'm enjoying so far, I felt pressured to buy anything I showed interest in the appliance I shopped for.
Each time the sales rep would pull the appliance out and run to the counter to check me out.he had no experience or knowledge of the product.i had to many times say I needed a few minutes to think it over when I was really googling the answers to my questions he couldn't answer .(all of them)
I was mind set upon arrival of not walking out without an appliance,but really?know the answers to questions or find someone who does.overall it should be Google who should get any comissions from the 800 dollar sale.thats what sold me on my purchase not the sales rep.,he turned out to be more of a fly at a picnic lunch that wouldn't stop flying around you .
As far as the extended warranty goes,lmao.
Picture someone basically begging,pleading,coaxing,for your last few bucks in your wallet,even offering that a 5buck deposit would be okay then pay in full the following.day.just take time to research,and to load your self with all the info you need,and most importantly a budget !
Always stick to the budget..walk away,go to your car and talk it over as I did,don't get pushed by the associates!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Do not buy Ashley furniture at ABC Warehouse.
August 2019 I bought two electric reclining Ashley love seats from ABC. Within a week, the mechanical and seats messed up.
The warranty co. came out four times to fix the furniture so far unsuccessfully, with more repairs needed. Unknown to me at first, I tripped over two lg.boxes I had no room for waiting for Fast Furniture Repair to come. The boxes sat in my house for the entire Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday.
If this is fast, I would not want to see slow. Lies and empty promises, but I still pay my bill. Jacob, my sales person, at ABC is very nice but his hands are tied. I cannot believe that ABC Warehouse would be associated with Ashley Furniture as I understand now has the worst customer service possible.
It makes me wonder if I should purchase any other products from ABC for fear I'll run into the same problem. I am sick and tired of the run around.
Would never recommend the ABC warehouse in Ann Arbor Michigan
I went there to buy an LG front loader washer and Dryer, sales person name Ali was very nice but the he asked the manager for approval and the lowest he go down with the price, the manager approved it for $1240.00 plus delivery, we agreed, half an hour of a wait to write it up than another manager comes up and said no we can not do it for that amount it has to be $1480.00, I told that this is not right for you to waste my time standing here for half an hour and now you are changing prices after the other manager approved the sale, he was very disrespectful and in professional and he said oh well the other manager price is wrong if you like it you take it or not , he was not cooperative and did not care about what the other manager quoted, He is like the other manager spoke wrong , WTF you need to honor what the manager deal is , he is like No I do not have too , and the other manager left and he is not suppose to be here today he happened to stop bye at the store on his day off, who is fault is that , he was an *** with an attitude, I got really mad and he did not care and he is like this is the price and I do not have to honor what he said, I said to him what happens to customers service and customer satisfaction, did not care , I told him I was gonna put a review and let the company know what he did , He did not care . This happened on wed Dec-4-19 . Unbelievable I will never recommend this place to anyone ever

I will never buy from ABC warehouse ever again! I bought the extended warranty thinking that I would be safe but I was wrong!
I purchased a Whirlpool Gas Dryer and after 2 years of working fine, the dryer stopped heating?
I set-up a warranty call and they sent an outsourced technician from another company and told me that he could not work on the dyer because it was not professionally hooked-up? Then charged me 80 dollars for the service call. I purchased a beautiful used Maytag gas dryer for $200.00 that fired up immediately and put this one on the curb with a free sign on it. At least the salvagers will get some money for it.
In addition, never purchase Whirlpool!
First time I have purchased a Whirlpool and my father warned me not too.
Should have listened as usual.
I have always purchased GE, AMANA, and MAYTAG with no issues. Lesson Learned here.
