I bought a brand new washer. Delivery guys brought it in and partially hooked it up.

Did not explain how to use it or anything.The first load the washer leaks from the bottom. Called to ask for another one and got put on hold for 20 minutes. I had to call back and, they just gave me a number to call for service. I was told that I had to call myself and have service come out to look at it.

I can understand if I had the washer for longer than my first load and something went wrong but, not them bringing me a bad washer and expecting me to deal with it. They told me to unplug it and plug it back in which did not solve anything.

Poor service. I won't buy from here ever again.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Price.

I didn't like: Customer service and quality.
