I purchased a new GE refrigerator, stove and dishwasher on Oct 18, 2016, and they had to set delivery up for the 26th of Oct, which was fine.. On the 26th the stove and refrigerator were delivered, although on the invoice, the dishwasher was not on the truck. Price match is a joke! The lansing abc warehouse on Penn, is something else. Seen a stove on sale and asked to match our sales guy says yep we can do that. Until he talked to 2 other guys quietly to determine it can't be done. The 1000 assure cert says naturally we may not be able to match excludes that's where they get you pretty much if they want to or not its up to them, they could of done it. make sure you check your expiration date before you say yes to them because I had several call me after I got the renewal trying to telling me itwas time to renew and when you do renew check and make sure all of the appliance they said is listed and anything 10yrs is not covered and they know that but they will include that item in that renewal price and when you call for services they tellyou you do not have coverage Ithink they are... I bought an extended warranty for an LG washer; the washer is now 2 years old and the pump on it went out. Master Tech in Ann Arbor, MI says the part (pump) is on back order but I was able to order it myself on-line through the LG website. I now have the part which I paid for but now ABC warehouse says they will not honor the extended warranty because the part did not come from their distributor. 5/24/16 Saginaw, MI Store. We bought furniture, sofa, loveseat and chair. When it was delivered the fabric underneath of all 3 pieces was ripped. Delivery was denied. New furniture arrived at the store, and they would not unwrap it there for us to check. On june 14, 2016, i walked into abc on monroe st. Toledo oh. I was looking for a dryer, the salesperson, salami, hussein showed me a dryer, i said ill take it. It was the one i was looking for.
