I just happened on this complaint site while heading to the ABC Warehouse site to look to find a washer to donate to a local church in need. Anyhow, every major appliance and TV in my home came from ABC. I’ve worked with the same salesman for nearly 4 years. He know me by name, understands my interests and limits, and has always gone the extra mile. Recently I went into my local store in hopes of finding a belt for an older vacuum. Another salesman went to a lot of trouble finding a local (competing) source for this obscure part and even called the competitor to make sure they had it in stock. Bottom line, ABC is and will remain my first choice for the items they carry. 128f395

That is not the norm at abc. their usually a bunch of morons who aren't interested in you unless it means something for them. Oh yea! If you ever go into the Kalamazoo store and your a woman cover yourself up ! What a bunch of creeps.... |
