If you expect to rent to own and give back when you are done using the product go to rent a center and pay 35% more for the product minimal id pd for with in 90 days. I would have to imagine that based on dealing with Abc for a long time knowing I will always be taken care of, plus I keep the money in Michigan. I am all about a great deal and Abc does best.. I to have shopped at costco but I am proud of where I live and abc beats the deal. I guess some people will never be satisfied, even if they were very well taken care of!! |
| 3. Written by Return policy on February 11, 2012 from perrysburg, ohio, US Abc has no return policy written on invoice. Their policy is a return is handled by method of payment. Call the heartlIne number on folder, explain to them you will contact the state attorney general and bbb and file a complaint if a refund is not given. They may NOT charge a restock fee of any sort since that policy is not on writing on invoice. It will take some effort on your part but the squeaky wheel gets the grease. If you let them they will refuse you but put up a little fight and they will refund your money. Hopefully you learn from this and stay out of abc! This is a common practice of theirs whether it's a ten dollar item or ten thousand dollar item. Good luck and let us know how it turns out. |
